I have always been a lover of good food and good cooking, this led me to obtain a Master’s degree in food technology, for many years I also worked in other sectors, these experiences allowed me to meet many… “food artisans” – as I call them – who produce excellent food, without following industrial logic.
They taught me that good food can still be produced, following ancient traditions, respecting animals, nature and the environment.
I want to become the best selector of genuine foods produced, in according to the local traditions.
My skills allow me to evaluate extremely high quality foods that are produced by artisans who work for the pleasure of doing.
