We select only high quality artisan products, the best artisan cheeses and cured meats are chosen and offered to our customers because we control all stages of production.

The cheeses are produced from the milk of cows that eat forage and grass that the farmers themselves produce according to ethical principles, without the use of artificial additives and without the intensive use of chemical products.

The cured meats are produced from local native breed pigs, reared according to the ancient peasant tradition in the same farms where they will later be transformed into cured meats according to the butcher tradition of Parma.

The farms are not intensive but are built in such a way as to respect the welfare of the animals and their health. The transformations and maturing of the products are carried out respecting the traditions of the past.
